The seafood hotpot strewn with hokkien noodles, chunks of fish, silky scallops and fat prawns in a creamy sweet chilli sauce is almost too intense, while the chicken mignon succeeds in combining the flavours of chicken, prawn and bacon without wiping any of the tastes out. There's even a tea bar with a decent range of teas and coffees to compliment the selection of tantalising desserts.
